Conflict Resolution

We are committed to practicing the principle of Free Prior and Informed Consent (FPIC) as the right of the community to receive information (Informed) before (prior) a program is implemented in their territory, and based on that information, the community freely without coercion (free) express their consent or refuse.

How we manage?

This process is adopted by the company in formulating systematic and amicable resolution in order to provide effective and optimal results.
