Ruma Bolon is in the form of a stage with the main building material being wood with a curved and pointed roof at each end. This tournament was held on the football field of the Toba Pulp Lestari complex and was attended by 10 elementary schools from Parmaksian District. Through this tournament, it is hoped that superior seeds for future footballers will be born, especially from Parmaksian District, Toba Regency.

The Forest Farmer Group (Kelompok Tani Hutan - KTH) Lammiduk Tungkonisolu, supported by Toba Pulp Lestari, has recently harvested approximately 7 tons of onions from a 1-hectare land? The collaboration between TPL and KTH exemplifies the company's commitment to the economic development of the local community. This harvest took place in Tungkonisolu Hamlet, West Parsoburan Village, Habinsaran Sub-district, Toba Regency.

Toba Pulp Lestari developed a pilot pond for freshwater fish breeding, namely goldfish cultivation as part of the CD/CSR Toba Pulp Lestari integrated farming system (Integrated farming system) program. Through this program, it is hoped that it can increase community interest and skills in cultivating freshwater fish. This is a commitment from Toba Pulp Lestari to continue to grow and develop and contribute to the community around the company's operational areas and is in line with one of the company's business philosophies, namely good for community.

Toba Pulp Lestari is here to contribute to mutual cooperation in painting and handing over trash cans at State Elementary School no. 173177 Parlombuan, Tapian Nauli III Village, Sipahutar District, North Tapanuli Regency Working together to paint elementary school buildings is one of Toba Pulp Lestari's commitments to support educational facilities in schools around the company's operational areas. 15 units of rubbish bins were handed over to support cleanliness in the school environment Apart from painting & providing rubbish bins, Toba Pulp Lestari also provided support in the form of building a retaining wall 86 meters long and building a 3-door toilet. Through this support, hopefully the teachers and students of State Elementary School no. 173177 Parlombuan can be more comfortable in carrying out the teaching and learning process.

Toba Pulp Lestari collaborates with the North Siantar Village Government, and the Parmaksian Community Health Center to carry out free health service activities for the people of North Siantar Village, Parmaksian District, Toba Regency. On this occasion Toba Pulp Lestari provided support in the form of a medical team, namely 1 doctor and 2 nurses as well as support with medicines, vitamins and packaged milk for children. This free health service is provided comprehensively to children and the elderly. This event was also attended by the Head of the Toba Regency PKK Mobilization Team, Mrs. Rita Marlina Poltak Sitorus. This activity is a form of implementation of the company's commitment to support government health programs and make a positive contribution to the community around the company's operational areas.
Our Operational

Toba Pulp Lestari is committed to protecting and caring for the environment around the company's operational areas, one of which is checking and monitoring water discharge carried out by the Environment Team in the South Tapanuli Sector. Toba Pulp Lestari monitors water discharge regularly to maintain water sources flowing around the Toba Pulp Lestari concession area.

One of the core values of PT TPL is customer satisfaction. This value is implemented in all operational activities, with the principle, "We serve customers with guaranteed quality, supply, and service." The activities at Toba Pulp Lestari's Central Nursery begin with the Mother Plant, followed by the Cutting Room, Rooting House, Open Growing Area (OGA), and a selection process before being sent to each sector for planting.
Corporate Visit

Toba Pulp Lestari welcomed guests from the Forest Farmers Group (KTH) as part of the CD/CSR program, which is located around the company's operational area in the Aek Nauli Sector of Simalungun Regency. The KTH guests had the opportunity to visit the central nursery, the Agricultural Development Cottage, the intercropping demonstration garden, the wastewater treatment installation (IPAL), and the goldfish cultivation pond (Integrated Farming System)

Toba Pulp Lestari received a visit from the community beneficiaries of the CD/CSR programs around the TPL factory. This visit was attended by micro, small, and medium enterprises (UMKM), including sewing businesses, food entrepreneurs, and others. Toba Pulp Lestari received a visit from one of the farmer groups under its CD/CSR (Community Development/Corporate Social Responsibility) program, namely the natural dye ulos weaving group from Sigaol Barat Village, Uluan District, and the honey bee farming group from Aek Natolu Village. They have visited the Central Nursery TPL to observe the process of propagating Eucalyptus seedlings.
