Procedure

Grievance Mechanism is a facility prepared by PT Toba Pulp Lestari Tbk. in the form of a hotline to receive complaints and/or concerns from the complainant against the company so that it can be processed and resolved by the company promptly.

Conflict Resolution is a a social process whereby PT Toba Pulp Lestari Tbk. facilitates the peaceful ending of conflict leading to its operation being stopped.
